After dealing with another realtor for 6 months and having absolutely no activity on my mother's listing, I decided to make a change and research other realtors. Through an online search, Jacob Duvall came up on the short list of high performing agents. After interviewing him and two other contenders, we decided to go with Jacob, and we were not disappointed. Jacob came in, helped my mother stage her home, took professional photographs and had her listing up within hours. During the initial interview, Jacob demonstrated that he really understood the market in my mother's city as well as how buyers are approaching the home search. He hit the ground running and facilitated several showings and was able to get an offer on her house within two weeks. He, also, helped her navigate every twist and turn in the maze of selling her house. He was forthcoming and extremely responsive and accessible. James Brown may be the hardest working man in show business, but Jacob is the hardest working man in Real Estate!

Finally, and most importantly, I never had to micromanage him to make sure that he did what he said he would. I cannot recommend him enough.
